Refund Policy

I value honesty, clarity, and fairness. This refund policy explains when refunds are and are not possible, so you always know where you stand.

1. Monthly subscriptions
All plans (Standard, Daily, Unlimited) are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription starts on the day of purchase and lasts 30 days.

2. Refunds before the start of support
If you change your mind before we have started working together (no messages sent, no sessions held), you can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

3. No refunds after support has started
Once you have used the service in any way (sent messages, received replies, or attended a session), the month is considered started and refunds are no longer available. My time and availability are reserved specifically for you during this period.

4. Rescheduling instead of losing sessions
If you cannot attend a scheduled chat session, you can reschedule it within your active month. The session is not lost as long as you let me know before the agreed time.

5. Technical issues
If there is a serious technical issue on my side that prevents us from using your plan (for example, I am unable to respond for several days), I will either extend your subscription or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.

6. How to request a refund
To request a refund (where eligible), please contact me by email or through the contact form on this website. Include your name, purchase date, and a short explanation. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
